Care for a Philodendron Jose Buono variegata by mimicking its rainforest environment. This can be done by providing it with a moist environment and a quickly permeable soil mixture. The slow upward growth can be supported by bamboo sticks or a moss stick if you prefer, these will play the role that larger plants or trees would play in their natural habitat.
